Returns & Exchanges

At The Doux, we want you to love your results, but if a product isn't the right fit for your hair, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges. Please note that for safety and hygiene reasons, only unused or lightly sampled items in their original packaging are eligible for processing.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label. Print the label and securely pack your items to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Drop Off Package

  Affix the label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location. Keep your tracking number for your records.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Credit

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or send out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
